VICTORIA GARDENS GIVES INLAND EMPIRE SHOPPERS
A VOICE IN CHOOSING FUTURE STORES AND EVENTS
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., (April 2, 2014) – Victoria Gardens has announced the launch of a new program that will give shoppers the opportunity to influence everything from future events to which stores they would like to have at the local shopping center.
The open-air, regional retail center will now offer shoppers an online forum hosted by Popularise, a national crowdsourcing and community engagement tool. Using this tool, Victoria Gardens’ shoppers will be able to share their feedback directly with the shopping center’s management team in order to shape future decisions at the center.
“Gathering feedback from our guests has always been an essential part of Victoria Gardens’ ability to deliver an exceptional experience. Now we are expanding that opportunity by providing this easy, online forum for our shoppers,” explains Melina Ferraez, Director of Marketing for Victoria Gardens.
To use the forum, shoppers can visit Victoria Gardens’ new “Drawing Board” on the Popularise website at www.victoriagardensie.com/info/popularise. Users can then log in using their Facebook or Twitter accounts, or register independently at www.Popularise.com. Once signed up, shoppers can “follow” Victoria Gardens, and provide comments and ideas that will be directly shared with the center’s management team. Initial questions on the forum will include:
• What types of stores or restaurants would you like to see at Victoria Gardens?
• What amenities would enhance your shopping experience?
• How can pedestrian access be improved?
• What types of events and activities would you like to attend?
• What else can we do to interact with the community?
“This is an exciting initiative that will give us a chance to more deeply engage with our local community. In addition to our initial questions, we will host open discussions through which shoppers can express their opinions on any aspect of the shopping center,” adds Ferraez. “No idea is too big or too small, and we will use this input to improve and grow Victoria Gardens for our guests.”
To celebrate the launch of this unique platform the first 100 guests to post on the Victoria Gardens Drawing Board will receive a free $10 Victoria Gardens gift card.
