Stocking Stuffers for the Whole Family

We’re stocking up…

Sure, we all want our loved ones to open a plethora of perfect presents on Christmas morning. But don’t neglect those stockings hung by the chimney with care! A soft stocking filled to the brim with endless goodies and trinkets is also a highlight of the holiday – for kids from 1 to 92! Here’s our list (and we’ve checked it twice) of the best stocking stuffers for the whole family.

Stuff your kids’ stockings with their favorite sweets – individually wrapped candies such as wrapped truffles, chocolate coins, and candy canes are easy to divide up if you have more than one child. “Antique” or retro toys like yoyos, dice games, playing cards, a Rubik’s cube, or even handheld arcade games are inexpensive and make entertaining and whimsical stuffers. If you have preteens, smartphone accessories like fun chargers and cases, or tech gear like Bluetooth headphones or a portable Bluetooth speaker (waterproof ones make showers a sing-a-long!) will surely brighten their morning. Cold weather accessories like cute earmuffs and smart phone gloves are functional and fun to pull out of a stocking. And if you have daughters, you can always throw in some cute earrings, nail polish, fun flavored lip balm, and a bath bomb too. Teen boys and girls will likely love movie tickets and gift cards, while colored pencils or pens are perfect for creative kids (wrap up a coloring book or two and hide it under the tree for them to discover later in the morning). Have a little one? Put a personalized ornament in their stocking to commemorate the holiday and hang on the tree. A single jingle bell from one of “Santa’s reindeer” is also a magical and sweet stocking stuffer that your young ones will adore.

Make his day and fill his stocking up with goodies he can really put to use. Is he an amateur mixologist? Cocktail bar accessories (like stirrers or a shaker), a fancy flask, whiskey stones or sphere ice cube molds, and even drink coasters are spectacular stuffers. Does he like to cook? There are tons of cooking gadgets out there that he probably never knew he needed! A shaving kit or new razor, fancy soap, or a small bottle of cologne is perfect for the self-grooming gentleman. If you really want to get him something special, a pair of beautiful cufflinks or a classy watch will make him jump for joy. And if he has a sweet tooth, don’t forget to include his favorite candy

Turn her stocking into a spa package and stuff it full with bath salts or bath bombs, travel size lotions or shower gels, a loofah, and mini scented candles. Slide in a lipgloss set or slim makeup palettes, a beauty blender or new makeup brush set, and perfume if she is more of a cosmetics connoisseur. A gift card to her favorite restaurant is a thoughtful way of saying you owe her a holiday date night. Besides candy and chocolate (‘tis the season of sweet treats!), smartphone accessories are also always appreciated; there’s really no such thing as too many phone cases or charging cords! To make her stocking really sparkle, hide a pair of earrings or bracelet or necklace in a tiny box at the very bottom to really surprise her and make her Christmas morning that much more memorable.

Don't forget about your furry friends! Treat your pets to a stocking full of treats, toys, and maybe a new collar, sweater, or bandana. If you have a dog, they will love a big bone to keep them busy during the chaos of Christmas morning, and catnip filled toys will keep your kitty cat from batting at the tree!

Stock up on these stocking stuffers and fill your family with extra comfort and joy. Santa will be oh-so-proud!
