A Store Supervisor provides excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales support to fellow team members and customers. The Store Supervisor strives to achieve the store’s and business’s goals, expectations, and objectives in service, equal employment opportunity, fair treatment, branding, sales, productivity, and inventory management. He or she is the principal liaison between the customer and the store he or she is assigned to during his or her scheduled shift.

Duties – Summary:

  1. Supervises store clerks during work hours and insures that work is completed including stocking, cleaning, and helping customers. This task requires adequate management of time and resources.
  2. Prepares and broadcasts digital advertisement / multimedia presentations.
  3. Train and coach new hires. Set an example in work standards requirements.
  4. Track inventory and monitor and report customer and store supplies and merchandise needs to Manager(s) in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
  6. Handle customer and employees questions, complaints, and issues. Report unresolved issues to Manager(s) promptly.
  7. May Participates in recruiting and interviewing new store clerks.
  8. Other duties qualified to perform as assigned by the store Manager(s).

Job Requirements:

  1. Must work 1 of the following days: Friday or Sunday.
  2. Must work Saturdays
  3. Must work at least 4 days per week. Must work over 30 hours per week.
  4. Must be able to work opening and closing shifts. Some flexibility may be exercised at the discretion of management.
  5. The ability to clearly communicate and converse in English with customers, other employees, and managers
